48 Hours Mystery: Patty Jo Marsh and her husband Jacob Edwards Bartels were arrested and charged with illegal tattooing, second degree child cruelty and reckless conduct. The couple used a guitar string as a needle to tattoo a cross on the hands of five kids and a “mom and dad” on the arm of a sixth child. Georgia prohibits tattooing children and tattooing without a license.
