Arizona Republic:  “Glendale today sued the federal government over its decision to turn 54 acres near the city’s sports and entertainment district into a reservation.  The city’s legal challenge is an attempt to stop the Tohono O’odham Nation’s plans to build a casino and resort on land near 95th and Northern avenues.”
