Phoenix Business Journal:  “The top lieutenant to Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas said a federal ‘abuse of power’ grand jury probe of Sheriff Joe Arpaio does not include Thomas as far as he knows.   Barnett Lotstein, special assistant to Thomas, said he is not aware of anyone from the County Attorney’s Office being involved in the grand jury probe.”
