Arizona Republic:  “A shareholder lawsuit alleges a Scottsdale company concealed adverse reports about the safety of Zicam intranasal products and its executives profited by selling shares before federal safety regulators forced a recall of the over-the-counter product.  The lawsuit, filed this week at U.S. District Court in Phoenix, claims that Matrixx Initiatives and its top executives knew about Zicam safety complaints as early as 1999 but employed ‘knowing deception’ and ‘knowing non-disclosure of material facts’ related to complaints about Zicam’s safety.”
