Please don’t tell the clueless and “Mr. I won’t do my job and represent the State of Arizona when sued” Attorney General Terry Goddard of Arizona, but Professor Ilya Shapiro of the George Washington University Law School explains why he thinks Arizona’s immigration law, SB 1070, is constitutional.  He says:
